World’s Simplest Mittens (knitting)

Discover the versatility of the Magic Loop method as you knit a pair of custom-fit mittens. This class is ideal for knitters looking to expand their skills by learning how to knit small circumferences in the round with a single long circular needle (24” or longer). You'll learn how to cast on and set up stitches for the Magic Loop, work in the round for the hand, and shape the thumb gusset seamlessly. The pattern supports a range of yarn weights, from fingering to chunky, and is highly customizable for all sizes.

Materials: 1 skein of Malabrigo Rios, US5 AND US7 circular needles with a 24” or longer cable, tapestry needle, and stitch markers. The pattern will be provided in class.

Skill Level:	Intermediate
Skill Details:	Students should be comfortable with basic knitting and purling and have some knowledge of increasing and decreasing and casting on and binding off.
